Sara Figal, Executive Director
Sara Figal joined the NCRC staff in 2011. Previously, she was a member of the Vanderbilt University faculty. She earned her BA from Yale University and her PhD from Harvard University, and she believes firmly that her commitment to healthy communication is the result of a good liberal arts education. She is a Rule 31 Listed General Civil/Family Mediator.
Courtney Ligon, Director of Programs
Courtney Ligon joined NCRC in 2014. Her past experience includes working as the Child Advocacy Manager with CASA of Nashville and with the Texas Department of Child Protective Services. She earned her BS in Social Work from Texas Christian University and her M.Ed. in Nonprofit Leadership from Belmont University. Courtney is a Rule 31 Listed General Civil/Family Mediator.
Wanda Greene, Director of Operations
Wanda Greene came on board with NCRC in November of 2015. Wanda has over 30 years of experience in office management and administration, 23 of those years in the management of law offices.
Danita Marsh, Victim-Offender Mediation Coordinator
Danita Marsh joined NCRC in 2011. She works primarily out of the DA’s Warrant Screening Office as the NCRC Coordinator for all adult and juvenile VORP mediations. Prior to this move, Danita was an Officer with Metro Nashville Police Department, and she is currently working on her law degree at Nashville School of Law. Danita is a R31 Listed General Civil/Family Mediator with extensive experience mediating both adult and juvenile cases.
Brandon Hill, Community and Youth Coordinator
Brandon Hill has been part of NCRC since 2012. He currently coordinates our partnership with MDHA, designs and directs conflict management workshops, and oversees our youth outreach. Brandon additionally coordinates the Mayor’s Youth Council of Metropolitan Nashville. Prior to his work with NCRC, Brandon served as Teen Outreach Director for the Martha O’Brian Center. He has an M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University.
Pam Sheridan, Volunteer Coordinator
Pam Sheridan joined NCRC in 2017 as the Volunteer Coordinator. Pam is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, where she studied advertising. Early in her career, she worked in product marketing before a hiatus to stay home with her children. An active volunteer for 17 years, Pam decided to make a shift into the non-profit arena when she returned to work. Prior to joining NCRC, she held a similar position with Book'em, a children's literacy non-profit.
