TRAINING

NCRC offers a range of training and continuing education opportunities for those interested in becoming mediators, refining their skills, or simply participating in workshops focused on communication skills and conflict resolution.

MEDIATION TRAINING
Mediation training courses are offered twice each year. These courses are approved by the Tennessee Supreme court as training for either Rule 31 General Civil or Rule 31 Family listing. See here for more information and scheduling, or email pam@nashvilleconflict.org.

LUNCH & LEARN
NCRC organizes a series of lunchtime workshops and continuing education programming for mediators and the interested public. CME and CLE credit is offered as appropriate, with a special rate for current volunteers. See here for further information.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION & COMMUNICATION WORKSHOPS
NCRC staff and specially trained volunteers offer workshops in conflict resolution, cultural awareness, and positive communication skills. Please email pam@nashvilleconflict.org or call 615-333-8400 if you would like to schedule a class or workshop.

HOW DO WE KNOW IT WORKS?

After every mediation, participants fill out an evaluation form. That is just one way we gather information to make sure we are doing the best we can for the people we serve. As you can see here, this is the kind of evaluation that makes us happy!
